Help with Keepio
Email support@keepio.xyz and tell us what's happening. We aim to reply within two working days. Please don't send photos of your documents or any account details by email.
Keepio is free to download. A free account can save 10 documents and notes in total, and ask 3 questions in total. Keepio Plus is an optional subscription for unlimited documents and more questions (there are fair daily limits). Reminders are included either way. The App Store shows the current price for your country.
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Keepio. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. If you've changed phone, use Restore Purchases on the Keepio Plus screen in the app.
When a scan finds an expiry, renewal, due or appointment date, Keepio sets a reminder so you get a heads-up before the date. It only knows about dates it has found in documents you've scanned. Make sure notifications are allowed for Keepio in your iPhone's Settings, and open the Reminders tab to see what's coming up.
Keepio uses AI to read your documents, and it can misread things. Open the document and tap Edit to correct the title, provider, reference, dates or where it's kept.
Ask answers from the documents and notes you've saved. Each time you open the app, Ask starts a fresh chat.
Nothing is sent to our AI provider until you say yes in the app. You can change your mind at any time in Settings, then Privacy, then AI document processing.
To delete your account and everything in it, open Settings in the app and choose Delete my account. To get a copy of your data, email support@keepio.xyz from the address you signed up with. There's no export button in the app yet. Read the privacy policy for how we handle your data.
Keepio is for iPhone, on iOS 16.4 or later. There's no Android or web version. Get it here: Keepio on the App Store.
